Are your baits suitable for saltwater or freshwater fishing?
Our baits are primarily designed for saltwater fishing, but many customers successfully use them in freshwater as well.
Do you offer custom bait options?
Yes, we do! We gladly offer custom designs, but we’re always adding new colors and styles based on customer feedback.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time usually runs 3-7 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to international customers soon.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. After that, we may be unable to cancel or change your order if it’s already being fulfilled.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, but it depends on the product and the reason for the return.
What items can I return for free?
We offer free returns only if the color or style isn’t right or fitting right. You can return it for free within 14 days of receiving it.
Can I return baits, tackle, or accessories?
You can return them if the mistake was ours. For example, if we sent the wrong item or a defective one. If that happens, we’ll make it right.
Who pays for return shipping?
- We pay if there was a mistake in shipping.
- For all other return reasons, we can offer discounted return shipping rates through our carriers.
How long do I have to request a return?
14 days from the date you receive your order. Just send us:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Product info for the returned item
